The following points must be taken into account in the event of cancellation:

-  The costs of the return shipment shall be at the expense of the customer; they shall not be covered by MS SPIRIT HANDELS GmbH & CO KG.

- Products that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer; goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded quickly; goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery, will not be taken back.

- The products must be returned to us properly packed, if possible in the original packaging and without signs of use.
